The Foundation

Support for The Cliffs at Eagle Rock actually began over 100 years ago as a mission of many area Baptist churches.  It was through their stewardship programs that the original home could be maintained and updated for almost 100 years.

After prolonged planning The Baptist Home Society was able to move into a new, custom-built facility, The Cliffs.  Those involved continue to pray for continued support to make certain that this new home and its eldercare mission will last for the next 100 years.

The Foundation has two management principals guiding its stewardship of the gifts received.

Principal from donations made to the Foundation will be securely invested and held ready to meet any emergency capital or operating expenditures that might arise. 

Interest income from these Foundation endowments may be used, with Board approval, to help defray the costs of the continuing maintenance of this large complex facility and property.
